Quaks x YOUnicorns — A road ahead
YOUnicorns, excited to announce that Quaks was a big success.
Not only did we give beautiful quaks to people to look after but we also managed to create a community of passionate people who like to be involved in the cryptocurrency space and contribute to it — the mission all of us YOUnicorns are on.
Many of quak owners are still students and were very excited to be a part of this space. That made me very happy, to be honest.
Most of our community members also bought NFTs for the first time — with the only money they had — and ended up paying a lot of money in fees, more than the minting price of quaks.
All of this made me want to look for ways to provide value to quaks holders to get their money back in any other form or way and, so I polled on whether or not YOUnicorns will allow quaks to live in the YOUniverse. And everyone voted yes. 🥳
What this means is that quaks will now get access to research, alerts, resources, airdrops, revenue share, and more.
These perks will be accessible in the YOUnicorns Discord channel. To access them, type “!join” in any of the channels there to verify your NFT holdings.
To YOUnicorns, I hope you enjoyed the quaks airdrop done to you. That alone cost me over 3 ETH in fees because every NFT token is different and requires more gas to get approved on the chain.
The revenue share also took place — sending over $34K to YOUnicorns holders based on their NFT holdings.

However, going forward, the structure of the revenue share will be 20/80 so that I can cover different costs attached to launching products or platforms. These include things like hosting, domain, contract deployment, marketing, transactions, and many more things. Meaning, 20% of the fees/ revenue generated from our future products/ platforms built will live in the contract for me to take care of numerous costs, while the 80% will be shared with YOUnicorns and Quaks holders based on their holdings.
