YOUnicorns, time for a Quak update

If you’ve been keeping track of all the good things happening in our little YOUniverse, you should have an idea of the project Quaks. This story covers a few updates regarding that.

I was trying hard to code a website, create artwork for quaks (and they are beautiful), and market it — all alone.

Most of the things are taken care of — things I could control. But there are some things out of my reach such as listing on Rarity Tools.

I submitted their form to get listed in their Upcoming section about 4 days ago, and we’re still not there. Being there would have helped a lot in reaching new people who might be interested in buying these quaks because they are beautiful for collectibles.

That leaves us with our only option to market the project, paid advertising, by collaborating with influencers.

And I feel like we all did a great job there.

I reached out to a few people offering them some Quaks in exchange for sharing us with their audience — and it worked. We now have over 800+ subscribers on Twitter and 250+ members in Discord.

Also, based on on-chain data, 133 users are holding YOUnicorns NFTs as of writing this article. Quaks have been minted for these users already and will be airdropped to them on the day of sale, August 31st of 2021.

All of this resulted in the minting of 210 Quaks in total.

Of course, it would have been better if we were listed on these NFTs sites to reach more people but I can’t figure out what would take them almost a week to list us.

But worry not — even if Quaks is not a success, there will be many more projects under the YOUnicorns.xyz brand that will benefit the holders in the long run.

And now that we’ve set up the Discord channels for YOUnicorns-only holders, I will soon be sharing everything I’ve promised, including, but not limited to, research, alerts, airdrops, resources, and more.

The very first resource pack will be the files from Quaks.xyz to create your own NFT project. This pack includes an image-generation code, a website template, and a smart contract code with built-in functions for an NFT project.

The resource pack alone should cover the YOUnicorn’s NFT payment you made to be a part of this journey with me.

Things are just getting started. And I want you to be a part of all the good things that are coming.
